    Last updated August 6, 2026

Pyles Logistics LLC is the data controller for personal data processed through Pyles Ops. Contact us at pylogisticsllc@outlook.com about anything in this notice.

    Personal data we collect

    • Account data — name, email address, company name, password hash, sign-in provider and authentication timestamps.
    • Billing data — subscription plan, purchase history, billing country and tax status. Card details are never seen or stored by us.
    • Operational data you enter — driver names and contact details, client and delivery records, payout and invoice figures, and hub locations.
    • Location data — approximate or precise device location, only when you use the "near me" hub tools and only with your permission.
    • Usage and technical data — pages viewed, feature actions, AI searches performed, IP address, browser and device type, and error logs.

    Why we use it

To provide and secure the service (performance of our contract with you), to take payment and prevent fraud (legal obligation and legitimate interests), to support you and improve the product (legitimate interests), and to send service or marketing emails where you have consented or where permitted.

    Who we share it with

    • Paddle.com — our reseller and Merchant of Record, who processes payments, tax and refunds and receives your billing details.
    • Supabase — hosting for our database, authentication and server functions.
    • Google — Maps and Places services for geocoding and nearby search, and Google sign-in if you choose it.
    • AI model providers — the content of a route, incentive or hub search is sent to generate results; searches are not used to train models.
    • Law enforcement or regulators where legally required.

We do not sell personal data.

    Retention

Account and operational data are kept while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion, except billing records which are kept for as long as tax law requires (typically 7 years).

    Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent. You can edit your profile and delete your account from the account page in the app, or email us and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

    Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as your saved map selection. Payment pages set cookies controlled by Paddle.

    International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
