These terms govern your use of Pyles Ops, a logistics operations platform provided by Pyles Logistics LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. Questions: pylogisticsllc@outlook.com.

Who you are buying from

Pyles Logistics LLC is the seller of the Pyles Ops software subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

The service

Pyles Ops provides dispatch monitoring, driver payout and client billing tracking, hub planning and AI-assisted search tools. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate billing and contact information.
• Seats you invite may access your operational data at the role level you grant them; you are responsible for who you invite.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful activity or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense or share access outside the seats covered by your plan, or scrape or bulk-extract the service other than through the export features.
• Upload personal data you do not have a lawful basis to process, or use the AI features to generate unlawful or deceptive content.

Intellectual property

Pyles Logistics LLC owns all rights in the Pyles Ops software, interfaces and documentation. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for the duration of your subscription. You keep ownership of the operational data you enter, and you grant us the licence needed to host and process it in order to deliver the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if payment fails after the provider's retry attempts are exhausted, or if we are required to by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, followed by a short read-only wind-down window.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". Routing, incentive and profitability outputs are decision support only and are not guarantees of results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect.
